CRPD - Stalled On Senate Floor
UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
This piece of International legislation being instigated by the United Nations stalled on the Senate floor Tuesday December 4th 2012.
This is good news and certainly win for the cause of liberty. The battle was won during the lame duck session of 2012 as the supporters of this Orwellian treatise failed to secure a 2/3 majority. The bad news; this will come up again early next year after the Holiday season of 2012.
We must keep our representatives feet to the fire to make sure that more liberties are not usurped.
I will keep you informed as this will come up again early next year.
We need to now turn our attention to the so called "fiscal cliff." I am currently writing an op-ed on the subject and should have it posted by tomorrow.
We must be vigilant in securing what liberties we have left.
Agenda 21 is also an area of deep concern. Please continue to research and inform yourself and your friends on this very real threat to our way of life, our liberties, our communities, and our family's.
