Post - Election Layoffs.
In light of the recent disturbing elections of 2012, it is safe to say that our Country is more polarized then ever before. This progressive trend towards socialism and corporatism is being adopted foolhardily by the masses in greater resolve and constituency.
It is all too apparent to me that the next 4 years are going to be worse and far more tumult then the previous first year.
Case in point: The layoffs announced by private industry in the first few hours of the election result. If you think that the economy is going to get any better then you are fooling yourself.
Here is a partial list of corporate layoffs announced within hours of Obama's re-election party.
1: Energizer - 1500 people
2: Exide Technologies - 150 people
3: Westinghouse - 50 people
4: Research in Motion Limited - 200 people
5: Lightyear Network Solutions - more the a dozen
6: Providence Journal - 30 people
7: Hawker Beechcraft - 240 people
8: Boeing - 30% of their management staff
9: CVPH Medical Center - 17 people
10: US Cellular - 8,400
11: Momentive Performance Materials - 150
12: Rocketdyne - 1,100 people.
13: Brake Parts - 75
14: Vesta Wind Systems - 3000
15: Husqvarna - 600
16: Center for Hospice New York - 40 people
17: Bristol Meyers - 480
18: OCE North America - 135
19: Darden Restaurants - lowered full time position to 27 hours (note: at 28 hours per week under Obamacare, corporations are mandated to provide health insurance to employees. (Another example of Liberal regulatory policy backfiring)
20: West Ridge Mining Corporation - Closing 204 coal power plants.
21: United Blood Services Gulf - 10% of its total staff.
