Crimes Against The Constitution.

What is happening right now in Washington DC is treasonous.

Where the hell is the media on this one? Oh ya, I remember.... they have prostituted themselves out to an administration and ruling class that is doing everything it can to destroy the founding principles that created the greatest civilization the world has ever seen.

Ya, you heard me. The media have become prostitutes. Whores. Servile. Obsequious complaisant fawning filth wallowing in their own regurgitated propaganda.

I am becoming more and more convinced that we have past the point of no return. Our society, indeed our culture is morally bankrupt. We have sold our liberty to safety. We have given our freedom for the illusion of fairness. We have traded our free agency to the fallacy of  state sponsored security.

Thursday morning, April 11 2013 a vote was passed to open debate on the "Safe communities, safe schools act of 2013" Thank you Senator Harry "No Backbone" Reid and Senator Tim "I shit on your freedoms" Kain. Senators, you are truly a disgrace to freedom. I mean this will all sincerity that I hope you rot in hell you maggots. Oh but don't worry, this flag waiving, gun totting capitalist isn't forgetting the actions of 16 equally degenerate despots who so sactimonously tout that irrelevant little "R" next to their names. You Rhino's. Is there any reason to doubt why you lost the 2012 election? Here's a question you can't answer because it will reveal how arrogant you have become; If you are so passionate about ripping up the constitution in the name of safety, and if you truly believe that no one should be allowed to carry firearms, lets start with your security details first.


The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It is written in language that is deliberately clear to understand so that EVERY citizen may read, understand and defend all of our rights that have been bestowed on us by a power higher then government. The 10 amendments known as the bill of rights are not just some addendum to the original document that was ratified by the framers they are as much a part of the Constitution as is the preamble. The 2nd amendment like the other 9 amendments is not up for grabs, you can't just supersede the Constitution through legislative fiat. The 2nd amendment is very clear. I do not know how it can be worded more clearly:

"...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Any legislation that comes close to infringing these rights passed by either the House or The Senate without due process is treasonous. It is a crime against the state and any elected representative who votes on any bill that would legislate away my right to defend myself and my family from ANY enemy foreign and DOMESTIC is a gross and clear violation to the oath that they took to defend the Constitution.

If the sentiment of We The People moves in favor of a ban on firearms then such sentiment needs to follow due process for a constitutional amendment. There is a reason why the Founders and the Framers allowed for the amendment process. We have a protocol that MUST be observed if we pass anything that alters or changes the meaning of our founding document.

It's not that hard to understand Washington.... you vermin. Have you even read the constitution?... or do you just wipe your ass with it?

The Statist and the neo statist's (rhino's included) who believe in big government are destroying the Republic. They believe that progress is made by centralizing and consolidating power. However the chief safeguard against oppression is the opposite. It is the complexity of separated and enumerated powers of limited government that are the chief guard to our liberties. The Bill Of Rights was considered the last firewall of protection  to our liberties and freedoms from a tyrannical federalized, centralized government.

Dictators, potentates, monarchs, and despots always disarm the people. Learn history! We are about to repeat it again.
