Maritime Admiralty Law

The Red Pill...

From an early age my mind was always political in nature. My Old Man has stories to tell for days. It was his fault too, He made sure I was raised on a very consistent diet of Rush Limbaugh, and various accouterments of talk radio rants. September 11 2001, like everyone else, hit me very hard. Most people look back at that day as a life changing moment, for me it was a life defining moment. 9/11 fundamentally changed me, and more importantly started me down a path of questioning society and the status-quo. I began devouring everything I could get my hands on about history, economics, religion, education, politics and on and on. My eyes opened and I began to understand how despotic our government has become. I discovered the ideas and principles of libertarian-ism before I discovered the name.

I won't bore you with the exact chain of discoveries that were foundation stepping stones in my journey. .

For the past 18 months I have been putting all the pieces together, teaching myself constitutional law, contract law and maritime admiralty law. It is my prayer that the truth you will come to understand will disturb you enough to do your own research. I will provide my notes that you may use as a starting point.

The bottom line is, every person has a DUTY to pull their head out of their ass and open their eyes to how our society really works. The very future of our children depends on it. Freedom and liberty itself depend on it.

I will be first presenting the 101 course on modern human enslavement. Here are just a few of the things I will show you:

  • The United States as you have come to know it is an illusion.
  • Through manipulation of language We The People were knowingly sold into indentured servitude. (The 13th, 14th and 15th amendments were the keys that locked all our chains.)
  • Our current constitution is fraudulent.
  • The country known as the United States of America fell on March 9 1933 and was covertly usurped by the corporation of The United States, also known as the District of Colombia.
  • Our monetary system is nothing more then a tool used by banks to perpetuate the debt supported by the wage slaves.
  • Birth certificates and marriage certificates are in fact legal records that our person is a legal corporation under the definition of law owned by an illegitimate government we ignorantly support.
  • The federal income tax is unconstitutional and when we file a W2 we are forced under threat of imprisonment to violate our own 5th amendment rights.
Resources I will use:
  • Modern Money Mechanics A Workbook On Bank Reserves And Deposit Expansion, published by the US Federal Reserve.
  • Black's Law Dictionary
  • Barrens Dictionary Of Banking Terms
  • Admiralty and Maritime Law (Hornbook)
  • DC Code - Code of the District of Columbia
  • United States of America Constitution
  • UNITED STATES Constitution
  • Declaration of Independence
  • Various other resources, essay's and court cases.
Check back tomorrow as we dive into it. We will be starting with word magic.

Word Magic - part 1

"...while the truncheon (clubs) may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there?"
Excerpt: V For Vandetta, November 5th Speech

Words have power. They give us the power to say I love you and make someone smile, or I hate you, and break that same persons heart. Words have enlightened an entire species, preserved histories and organized the great civilizations then razed them. Words and their power have killed countless millions and enslaved countless more, given freedom to an entire nation, and then stole it away like a thief in the night.

The American experiment that started July 4th 1776, failed February 21st 1871, and with the illegal passage of the Act of 1871 we were all sold into slavery.

Ask yourself: If I live in the land of the free then why...
Do I feel like I have less freedoms?
Are most families worse off today then 10 years ago?
Are there more police, yet I feel less safe?
Does the militarization of the police concern me?
Do the checks and balances of government no longer seem to be working?
Does the government have a right to tax my labor?
Does the Constitution even matter?
Did the government gain as much control as they did?
Adrian gets so annoyed when people say America is a democracy?

The Forty-First Congress under the "Acts of the Forty First Congress, Section 34 Session III, chapters 61 and 62, passed what became known as the "Act of 1871." Officially it was entitled: "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia."

Congress with no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten square mile parcel of land located between Maryland and Virginia. The United States of America became THE UNITED STATES Corporation, commonly referred to as Washington DC or The District of Columbia. Let me say that again, THE UNITED STATES is a corporation and it's creation marked the end of the Republic.

So what? you might ask. What does this mean to me?

Our God given freedoms became State granted liberties (freedoms and liberties are not the same...word magic) and we all became legally documented, categorized and inventoried property of that Corporation. Our very lives are held as collateral on the debt owed to the International Banks.

To begin to understand WTF I am talking about lets take a look we need to start with the Civil War.

Next rant will be about how slavery wasn't abolished at the end of the Civil War, it was perfected.
